Since last week was NOT a good eat week for me, my goal this week is to stay ultra focused and eat really CLEAN. I know I can do it! I've gone shopping and have all the right stuff in the house. There are no excuses!
When I exercise like crazy and take in too much its like climbing a big ole hill and never getting to the top, but the only person I have to blame is me!
So, fruits, veggies, lean meat -- here I come!
My goal this week is to EXERCISE and build up my core and endurance.
ReplyDeleteI also went grocery shopping...FRUITS, VEG, salmon and lean meat. Oh and some 100 calories snacks.

Today's workout done and a quick run to Trader Joes to pick up some things for the week. All my lunch and dinners are prepared through Thursday . As well as the meals for the Sultan and Christopher. Terry I have exactly done what you have done and yes Libby my goal this week is to be focused as well. Jeana I have some WW recipes to share with you. I made Italian Sausage and Pepper pasta (6 pts for 1 cup and pair it with a salad and low-cal dressing), Oven Fried Chicken Breasts (5 pts -made with cornflake crumbs) paired with brown rice and sauteed spinach for a total of 8 pts and for dessert Blueberry Squares (2 pts). Right now I'm eating the pasta for dinner and its pretty good. EVERYONE IS DOING GREAT AND THIS IS GOING TO BE A GOOD WEEK!
