Okay I get ready to go to the gym at work and realize not all of my things were in the bag....main thing being my sportsbra. So I had to say to myself when you get home finish dinner, get the lunches ready for tomorrow and then you have to go to the gym. I went to LifeTime and did 45 minutes of cardio and ab crunches tonight. I have got to lose this muffin top. The elliptical is my enemy but I will tame that beast yet. Tomorrow night is WW weigh-in. Nervous but we shall see.. .
That is AWESOME that you still went Freda. I know damn well that would have been my excuse to no have went. GO AHEAD - I'm TOO PROUD OF YOU!!! I made Kale Greens tonight in fat free chicken broth, onions, and seasonings. They turned out good. I had salmon with them - it was good. I made Elijah sugar cookies because I promised him we would bake together after he felt better. I don't really care for sugar cookies so that's why I told a little lie and said that's all we had to make:-) My downfall is sweets for sure. I really like the new Weight Watchers system and LOVE the accountablity of the meetings and weigh-ins!!

ReplyDeleteI got to my new low for my weight and all of a sudden, I'm hungry and want to eat everything! Definitely, a few bad days and having Fletcher home hasn't helped. The good thing is I've been working out.
I want to say good for you too, Jeana, but kale greens don't sound good to me! I know you like them, but....
Freda, how did you do on your weigh in. I know you will do good?
